I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Assunta Hospital. My brother suffered a massive stroke in early December, and I rushed back from the United States to be with him. I was truly and pleasantly surprised by the world-class quality of medical treatment and care he received at Assunta Hospital. He was supported by an outstanding team of doctors and incredibly caring nurses who quite literally saved his life. A special shout-out to Dr. Neo, neurologist—he may look fresh out of high school, but he is exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, wise, and patient. He always took the time to answer my many questions in depth, often using drawings to help me understand better. My sincere thanks also to Dr. Nick, cardiologist, for his kindness and attentiveness; Ms. Chan, speech therapist, who went above and beyond by feeding my brother a special Christmas “feast”; Ms. Celilia Santiago, speech therapist, for her professionalism and warmth; and Anita, physiotherapist, who was consistently punctual and dedicated in her care. I am also very grateful to Cik Wan Natrah from the billing department, who kindly helped expedite the billing process during a stressful time. Most of all, my heartfelt appreciation goes to the nursing team—efficient, caring, warm, and joyful—who attended to my brother’s every need with constant positivity and bright smiles. Due to not having fully recovered from food poisoning, it was my first time having to leave a night shift halfway to get a drip at the 🏥 🫠 I’m truly grateful to have met a professional doctor, Dr. Nicholas Chin🕴🏻 During the IV drip, I observed how attentive and dedicated he was in checking on each patient’s condition on the spot — truly commendable 👍🏻 However, after the drip, I started feeling dizzy and nauseous. I asked the pharmacy staff if this was normal, but she mentioned she wasn’t sure 😵‍💫 Since Dr. Chin had finished his shift, I turned to the nurse on duty, who advised me to register again 😑 to see another doctor or consider being admitted (as such symptoms right after an IV may not be normal) So, I re-registered and thankfully met another professional doctor, Dr. Rafael (hope I got the spelling right). She addressed all my concerns patiently, and the reception staff didn’t charge me again 🙏🏻 Please help me extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Chin, the night shift nurse, Dr. Rafael, and the reception staff 🫶🏻

I was admitted in Mawar for Covid under Dato Suresh. The treatment given all good , helps in recovery . Now im out covid . Special thanks to Dato Suresh, Dr Nicholas for the treatment. Dr Nicholas one of the best Cardiologist and very humble and attentive to our concerns and staff Lalitah from Cardiology Department Unit is very friendly and professional . Mr Raj guided us on the stress/echo and ensure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Whole Cardiology Department is excellent at their service

Dr Nicholas was very dedicated because even 11pm he came to review and inform me on my condition and arranged for my procedure on Sunday morning due to the critical condition. Hdu staff was very attentive, helpful and informative especially today staff nurse jesnita took care of me.
