My friend recommended me to see Dr Senthil specialist in Colorectal Surgeon as I'm suffering from rectal ulcer. I'm so glad that I came to see Dr Senthil he is very good and explained to me very well what I suppose to do and what treatment that I should go for that will help rectal function. A good surgeon, excellent,kind, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable person. Ms Anis from information counter very polite and helpful. We asked her how to get back to PJ she took her time and explained to us accordingly. The nurse and staff at Dr Senthil very kind.

I had a minor surgery. Just a simple procedure, nothing life-threatening. At BTMC Dr. Senthil was the surgeon. Calm, composed, steady.He didn’t flood me with medical jargon or act like he had no time.He spoke with the quiet authority of someone who knew what he was doing , but also with the tenderness of someone who understood that patients don’t just need treatment.They need reassurance.They need to feel human in a place that so often feels cold.And that’s exactly what he gave me — dignity, peace, and a sense of being seen. And then there were nurses and staffs , gentle souls moving through their roles with quiet excellence. They didn’t just process me, or log me, or call out my name from a list. They looked at me — really looked — and asked if I was okay,like it actually mattered. I went in expecting to be treated. I came out changed.Not because of the procedure or the medicine,but because of the people ,the hearts ,behind the masks. Sometimes, healing doesn’t come from a prescription.

The procedure went well. Dr Senthil attended attentively and gave out tremendous explanation and guidance regarding the procedure before and care after the surgery. The staffs were polite and providing at all times. Would definitely recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre, special thanks to Dr. Senthil who was truly excellent, very professional, attentive, and reassuring throughout my treatment. The nurses in the surgical ward were incredibly caring, responsive, and made sure I was comfortable at all times, while the customer care team (Miss Emma) was efficient and helpful from start to finish. Overall, the service and care provided were outstanding, and I would highly recommend BTMC to anyone seeking quality medical treatment.
