I was admitted here for back pain due to a slipped disc and was under the care of Dato' Dr. Zahir Husain Kamari. He thoroughly explained my condition and ensured I understood the treatment process. I truly appreciated how quickly he arranged a slot for my laser surgery. The food served was also enjoyable, with a good variety to choose from. A special thanks to the Customer Service department—the staff who first greeted me and promptly brought me to the emergency ward. They also checked in with me daily to gather feedback, which I found very thoughtful. I'm deeply grateful to the entire nursing team for their exceptional care throughout my stay. To me, you are all true heroes and heroines.

Alhamdulillah, I received treatment from Dato Dr. Zahir, who was very friendly, and my child's operation went smoothly. The nurses in Sapphire ward were also very helpful and easy to deal with.
