Ask the receptionist on why is it so long and they can be rude when a lot of work is given to them. Can’t event give a proper and professional answer. However, Mr Sha upon read this review, took immediate actions to tend to my needs. The hospital hired the right person to mitigate situations such as this. He is very attentive and listen well. Nurse Tilaga, very good and professional, ensure all the needed arrangements timely so that when I reach there, I can see the doctors without further waiting. Dr Song also very good, precise and give accurate instructions on what and cannot do for the wound.
