For the emergency side, it was fast, clean and professional. My maid injured her head and fast and good action was taken. For the follow up, I have to say otherwise. I have been waiting for more than an hour plus and despite it is a private hospital, the services are no better. Govt hospital may be even faster. Ask the receptionist on why is it so long and they can be rude when a lot of work is given to them. Can’t event give a proper and professional answer. However, Mr Sha upon read this review, took immediate actions to tend to my needs. The hospital hired the right person to mitigate situations such as this. He is very attentive and listen well. Nurse Tilaga, very good and professional, ensure all the needed arrangements timely so that when I reach there, I can see the doctors without further waiting. Dr Song also very good, precise and give accurate instructions on what and cannot do for the wound.

I would like to provide a 5-star review for Dr Song Chun Hoong, whom we were recommended to by another doctor, as my family member had a lump on the thyroid & needed a dr's professional advice on treatment/surgery options. Dr Song was very patient, detailed & provided the available options including estimation of cost that would be incurred for surgery for our consideration & next steps. He explained the different grades of severity based on the ultrasound report & also humbly recommended us to get a 2nd opinion with a sub-specialist since it's a pretty complicated case. For the hospital, I think I can't give 5 stars yet as it was slightly chaotic & noisy due to constructions. Having said that, the staff & nurses were very helpful, friendly & attentive, especially to my elderly family member. Their patience in serving especially the elderly with extra care is much appreciated.

Dr song and friendly staffnurse, nicely offer with discount medication and treatment attentive listening, clear communication of treatment plans, The entire staff provides outstanding service,especially Mrs Thilaga Dr song's staff being very polite and kind. A special shoutout to Sentosa specialist hospital klang, Overall, it's a top-notch experience..

Seriously I have such a good doctors in this hospital by Dr.Sakti and Dr.Song and they so emphatic. They have managed to diagnose my illness and gave treatment accordingly. Whereby other hospital didn't manage to do so. Kudos to Sentosa Medical Centre Team❤️

I like the way Dr Song explained. He is very friendly and guiding me well on health matters. Hard to find this kind of Dr nowadays.
