I am very impressed by the services of Beacon Hospital from the security to the nurses, staff nurses and eye specialist doctor Dr Ong CT who handled my cataract surgery recently. This is my first time dealing with Beacon Hospital. Visited the hospital 4x during this period from Feb-2nd March 2026 because of my eye surgery. I must admit the services rendered are all consistently very caring and compassionate. In fact, I felt that difference even on my 1st visit on 3rd Feb when I did my surgery. One of the staff nurse Sanpriyah was like my personal carer, making sure I had my meals, my change of clothes, toilet needs etc. Then Dr Ong CT the eye specialist, truly a man of integrity and professionalism. He advised me on the type of lens that was most suitable for my eye which was monofocal despite me willing to pay for the more expensive multifocal lens (I kiasu la). Where can you find such an honest doctor nowadays? He is a gem! Hahahaha! Keep up such loving culture Beacon Hospital!

My father and I from Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia underwent a check-up, consultation, and therapy at Beacon Hospital in mid-June 2019. I personally had a general check-up, including an endoscopy, handled by Dr. Chong. In the imaging department, the X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, and head and neck MRI were handled by Dr. Ho. I also consulted with several specialists at Beacon Hospital, including: ENT Specialist Dr. Raymond, Eye Specialist Dr. Ong, Oncology Specialist Dato' Dr. Ibrahim, Neurology Specialist Dr. Hoo, and Diabetes Specialist Dato' Dr. Anuar. My father, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer, underwent 12 sessions of radiotherapy at Beacon Hospital using the latest radiotherapy equipment, the Varian Halcyon. The specialists who treated my father were Oncology Specialist Dato' Dr. Ibrahim and Urology Specialist Dr. Siva. The examinations and therapies at Beacon Hospital utilized the latest equipment and machines, including MRI, PET Scan, and radiotherapy. The waiting rooms for patients consulting with specialists were very comfortable, clean, and tidy, with coffee, tea, and cookies provided in each waiting area. We received excellent and friendly service from the doctors, nurses, registration staff, cashier department, Ibu Adah, Ibu Meilka, and even the security guards at Beacon Hospital. We express our sincere gratitude to Beacon Hospital and its entire team for the services provided during our check-up, consultation, and therapy.

I highly recommend for people who has cancer to visit Beacon Hospital. All the doctors are very kind and they treat you as best friend. Also all the nurses are very friendly as well. Especially my primary Doctor Dato Ibrahim....he is very profesional. Special thanks to Dr Tengku, Dr Koon, Dr Felicia, Dr Goh, Dr Chong & Dr Naim. I would like to thank Ms Margaret, Ms Yanti, Dr Rajni, Ms Gurdip & Ms Joyce. Not forgetting the Wonderful team of Lily Ward nurses. I have been with this reputable since 2020, my journey has been simply awesome with great treatment rendered by Dr Tho Lye Mun provided great treatment and explanation to me. I'm also satisfied with the treatment rendered by Dr Tan Li Ping. In general the staffs at Radiotherapy, & Chemotherapy has been very much comforting, friendly and also ready to assist and advice. The hospital is so thoughtful to provide free transportation to the cataract surgery patients, which no many hospitals or eye centres provide this kind of thoughtful service. Thumb ups!
