I recently visited Oriental Hospital with my son, who required medical attention on 15 Dec 2023. Our experience, particularly with Paediatrician Dr. Long Yew Giin, was exemplary. Dr. Long's professionalism was evident from the outset. His thorough diagnosis and detailed explanation of the admission processes reassured us and clarified any concerns we had. Dr. Long's dedication was apparent as he made daily rounds, ensuring attentive care and monitoring my son's progress. His calm and composed demeanor while administering the IV instilled confidence, and the procedure was performed seamlessly, without any need for repetition which was a relief to my 7yr old son. The nurses at Ward 8B were a testament to the hospital's commitment to excellence. Their professionalism and amicable nature were commendable. They not only demonstrated expertise in their roles but also catered to our needs with utmost care and empathy. We were quite pleasantly surprised that the quality of the food provided was up to standard. My son, being a picky eater, enjoyed the meals served. The hospital ensured that not only medical care but also dietary preferences were taken into consideration. The cleanliness of the ward, including the spotless toilets, was remarkable. Despite the ward's occupancy, the serene environment and minimal noise contributed to a calming atmosphere conducive to healing. Overall, our experience at Oriental Hospital surpassed our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking exceptional medical care coupled with a comforting environment. Our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their dedication and professionalism in providing outstanding care.

I had a great experience staying here, as my youngest child was admitted for bronchopneumonia…Excellent treatment from the paediatrician Dr Long, all the staffs and nurses are nice and helpful, we stayed at the premium ward 8, the room was so nice, spacious and equipped with the sofa bed for the caretaker. Thank you Oriental Melaka Medical Centre to bring back the smile of my little sweatheart.

I love the nurses and doctors here. The nurses are all very patient and loving ❤️ Dr. Long, a pediatrician, explained my child's problems to me very well.
