We came all the way from Ipoh solely to receive treatment from Dr. Kartini Farah. Throughout our child's treatment with her, the service and care provided were excellent, beyond expectations. The service was very good, and the explanations were easy to understand. It was worth traveling from afar to get treatment from Dr. Kartini. She is a very committed specialist. Her willingness to come to our ward to treat our child at 2 AM and 5 AM is something that deserves praise. Our child has now recovered and the eczema has significantly reduced. We recommend anyone with eczema to come and see Dr. Kartini. For us who were warded, at first, it was a bit strange that we had to apply the creams ourselves to our child. Perhaps the nurses were busy attending to other patients, or perhaps they wanted to train us to do it ourselves at home later – we're not sure. However, when Dr. Kartini came, she herself would apply the medication and the wet wrap. All the nurses were also kind. However, regarding the service where nurses didn't apply medication to the child, other parents we spoke to also complained. But for us, it's okay to do it ourselves, as long as our treatment at Avisena is consulted by Dr. Kartini.

Praise be to Allah, and by Allah's permission, the treatment from Dr. Kartini Farah has completely resolved my child's (one year old) skin problem. The skin issue has been present since birth. Immediately after delivery, my child's skin appeared problematic, resembling ECZEMA, but this specialist informed us it was not eczema. We had consulted various specialists for both modern (Jalan TAR) and traditional (Tangkak) treatments, but the skin did not fully recover. Previous specialist treatments managed to eliminate the redness of the skin, but it remained rough and unsightly. Dr. Kartini is friendly and professional. She confirmed it was eczema. Her expertise was clearly evident during the treatment. She was also polite and kind to patients, and she reassured us. The doctor's assistants at the clinic were also efficient. By Allah's permission, Dr. Kartini's treatment has helped; my child's skin is now smooth, beautiful, and clear. May Allah bless Dr. Kartini and her family, along with the doctor's team at the clinic. I chose to go to Avisena due to its google review of its ENT doctor. Overall was ok although prices are on the high side for a new and small establishment in comparison to the standard private hospitals, improvements needed beyond just branding and impressions especially in the quality of healthcare and administrative processing. I had a turbinate reduction, post-op care was not thoroughly given explanation on care needed, they even skipped the douching care process. They don’t have menu for diabetics, otherwise food is decent. Overall I liked the private setting, good etiquettes of all staff, good safe access control & good nurses. My doctors are Dr Kusyairi ENT and Dr Kartini Dermatologist both specialists and experts in their respective fields.

Alhamdulillah. Avisena provide great service for my daughter.Her Enzema was very bad. I need to take her to see dr urgently. At first we are not able to meet up with dermatologist. Then manage to get help from pn syikin from PR department to for an appoitment at 11.30. First tine meeting with Dr kartini. I am tremendously satisfied with her treatment and the way she treat her patient. She taught Baheerah how to apply the lotion and how to wear the stockin. This treatment that she used called wet wrap was new to me.Hooe it works for Baheerah. Now i finally find dermatologist for my daugher. Syukur. ALHAMDULILAH.

We love our Dr, Dr Kartini! We have been checking-up with her on our child's eczema, progress has been good considering her eczema is wild. We had to check-in for infection last week and have gotten a room in The Ocean Ward. Love love love the aquarium! Love the hospitality by all the nurses, room is clean, food is good - many variety to choose from. The team was nice enough to accomodate the request to pack the lunches to be brought forward for dinner (considering it is Ramadan). Nurses would come by to provide sahur as well - so sweet. From coming in for doctor's appointment, to parking, to check-in, to billing, all was smooth. Good job and keep up the super work. Hope not to get in again, but if we have to, we hope we can get a room! Hehe
