My family and I experienced a wave of conjunctivitis, with one family member after another contracting it. My husband's case was severe, diagnosed as pseudomembrane conjunctivitis. I was the last to contract it and experienced glare and nausea. Dr Chan was very thorough in his examinations, clearly explained the condition and treatment plan, and patiently answered all of our questions. The prescribed medication worked quickly and we have all recovered completely. Our positive experience with ISEC continued when my son encountered allergic conjunctivitis twice, with Dr Choong and Dr Azura each providing effective treatment. It was incredibly reassuring as a mother that both doctors were so proactive in explaining things and anticipating my questions.
