      Excellent hospital (Ward Level 6) Professional & friendly staff attitude Dr. Loh Chow Chin and the nurses speak politely, smile, and respect patients. 1. Not angry or rude 2. Clear communication 3. Quick response 4. Concerned about the patient's condition 5. Cleanliness & comfort Beds, rooms, and toilets are clean. Comfortable and orderly environment.

      Service tip-top. The nurses on the 7th floor are all good and friendly. Dr. Tan, Dr. Azlam, and Dr. Loh are truly the best. They always come to follow up on the patient's condition in the ward.
