I was admitted to this hospital's HDU unit late February for severe stomach pain (food poisoning). The nurses and doctors were very attentive and professional, especially doctor Johann and doctor Sam Jia Ying in ER.. Too bad i missed the flight back to Indonesia on 28th Feb, but it's alright. Please email me the Doctor's Statement Form as i need to claim the Generali insurance back here as soon as possible, as the hospital bill was quite expensive for me. My family and I want to express our deepest gratitude to HPB surgeon, Dr Johann Faizal Khan. We couldn’t praise his professionalism, kindness, and dedication enough in caring for my sister. From our very first virtual call, he has been a comforting presence and a steadfast manager of my sister’s complex case. My preferred private hospital for myself and my son. I'm dealing with Dr Farah (O&G) for my TTC, pregnancy and delivery, Dr Melanie (Paed) for my baby, Dr Nurul Yaqeen for prolonged cough, Dr Juani (ENT) for prolonged flu, Dr Tee Teong Jin (Gastro) and Dr Johann (Surgeon) for my gallbladder issues. This is a preferred private hospital for my family. The clinics, wards and emergency are all efficient and professional. Just need improvement on the elevator at Tower B.

I had an excellent experience with the care team here. Dr. Johann was exceptionally professional during the pre-surgery consultations for my cholelithiasis. I sincerely appreciated how thoroughly he explained all the options and procedures, ensuring I had all the information necessary to confidently opt for surgery. Post-operation, Nurse Ms. Aimi was equally outstanding during my follow-up appointment. She was incredibly professional and gentle while addressing my wound. She patiently educated us step-by-step on the daily wound care regimen, which was very helpful. Both Dr. Johann and Ms. Aimi demonstrated a high level of expertise and compassionate, patient-focused care.
