I recently had the pleasure of receiving care at KPJ Sentosa specialist hospital, for my knee injury. I had ACL tear. I can't express enough how positive my experience was. From the moment I arrived, the staffs made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My nurse Bharathi was so friendly and i was very comfortable to communicate with her. My orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Gurjit singh was exceptional. Dr Gurjit took the time to explain my condition thoroughly and laid out a clear treatment plan. His expertise and compassionate approach reassured me. The MRI scan and consultation was fast and efficiently done. Nurse Barathi made things easy for me and did not waste my time. Dr Gurjit was very professional and did not suggest unnecessary treatment. He genuinely suggested what can be done without going invasive. Overall, my experience at Kpj Sentosa Kl was outstanding. I am grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown by both my orthopedic surgeon and the nursing staff. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of treatment I would also like to add about my physio sessions at KPJ Sentosa. I had an exceptional experience with physiotherapy at KPJ. The staff were warm and welcoming, made me feel comfortable and at ease. The sessions were tailored specifically to my needs, and I noticed significant improvement in my mobility and pain levels. I visited Sentosa KL Medical Centre in 5th August 2026 for a cervical spine and neck problem. I was under the care of Dr. Jagjit Singh, an Orthopaedic Specialist, who performed my cervical spine surgery. Before the surgery, Dr. Jagjit Singh took the time to discuss my condition in detail and clearly explained the treatment options, the procedure, and what I should expect. His guidance and reassurance gave me a lot of confidence throughout the entire process. The surgery was performed using modern techniques, and I was very happy with the result. My recovery was also much faster than I expected. I truly believe Dr. Jagjit singh expertise, care, and guidance played a very important role in my recovery. A very special thank you to Dr. Jagjit singh for taking such good care of me. I would also like to sincerely thank his staff, especially Ms. Bavitra. She is extremely kind, patient, and helpful. She always spoke to me politely and guided me whenever I needed assistance. The level of care and service from the staff was much better than I expected. Overall, I am really happy with my experience at Sentosa Medical Centre. The doctors and staff were professional, caring, and supportive throughout my treatment. One area that could be improved is the billing process. I found the billing procedure a little confusing, so clearer communication and guidance during billing would be helpful. Apart from that, I had a very positive experience. Thank you once again to Dr. Jagjit Singh, Ms. Bavitra, and the entire team at Sentosa Medical Centre for your excellent care and support.
