The experience of getting treatment was very smooth. The day before coming, I called to make an appointment with the orthopedics specialist clinic from Nordin. The next day, I came half an hour before the appointment time for registration. The specialist consultation session went smoothly and the doctor told me that I would be warded for the treatment process involving x-ray and MRI scan. The next process was waiting for GL approval from the insurance company. About 2 hours more walking around, eating, praying, etc., the GL call clinic was passed and I was able to be warded to proceed with x-ray and MRI and warded in a private room. The next day, I prepared clothes for the shoulder operation. Alhamdulillah, after 3 nights, I was able to be discharged. Very satisfied with the service from the front door to the ward with a good and friendly nurse. All the medicines were brought back and all the documentation was sent to the room, no need to go downstairs and go from one counter to another like other clinics that have been warded before. Highly recommended for those who want to have specialist treatment.

Begins with Mr. Wan Mohd Zubir hospitality at the lobby assisted with parking and registration team, extended to x-ray staff for know the drill and followed by excellent treatment from Doctor Nordin and his assistants. My child's appointment with Dr. Nordin was well attended to from the lobby, greeted by a customer service representative named Mr. Wan. While on the 2nd floor, I was also well attended to by the staff at the counter. Another service at this hospital is very fast. No need to wait long.
