I am very satisfied with the services of the gastroenterology specialist team, the anesthesiology specialist doctor and nurses, the radiology team, the general assistant team, the payment counter, the pharmacy, the receptionists, the guards, and other Avicenna staff. I am very grateful to Dr. Ragu's gastroenterology specialist team who greatly helped me to be confident in facing all treatment procedures, surgery, and advice to get me healthy as usual. I feel confident and unafraid of all these treatments.

A few doctors here are very good. Dr. Rashidi, Dr. Jamil, Dr. Khaizatul Ezam, Dr. Aizan, Dato' Dr. Razak, Dato' Dr. Jaseem, Dr. Zal, Dr. Khairuddin, Dr. Mahmud, Dr. Shahir, Dr. Ragu, Dr. Loga, Dato' Dr. Hameed, and Dr. Isa.

Dr Ragu & his staff are very nice and helpful. Have been there for hernia surgical and now already fully recovered. Thank you Dr Ragu & whole team of Avisena Hospital.

The service from the hospital was very good. The only long time waiting was for the emergency bed but overall is great. Stayed at wad mutiara and the staff are great and helpful. The dr who took care of me is Dr Ragu, he is profesional and a really good doctor. The hosp have good staff, well manner and the hospital is still new, therefore everything is in good function. Had a surgery therefore i couldn't try the foods at the hospital so its kinda sad hahaha sbb all the menu nampak sedap..Would recommend others if they wanted to admit to a hospital. Billing & pharmacy was fast. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Dr. Ragu came highly recommended by my son, who had undergone harmonic scalpel surgery with him, and I now understand why. I was treated for grade 3 hemorrhoids with the HAL/laser procedure, and from the very first consultation, Dr. Ragu’s patience, clear explanations, and reassuring manner gave me full confidence.
