I have been undergoing biofeedback treatment under Dr Ragu Ramasamy in Avisena Hospital in Shah Alam. During the treatment, Dr Ragu is assiated by nurse Puan Syuhadah. From severe fecal incontinence which affected my work and lifestyle, today I am able to enjoy a form of normalcy that I thought was never possible. This treatment which helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles is pain free and very quick but the outcome is unbelievable. What makes this treatment a relatively pleasant experience is Dr Ragu who is very efficient and accomplished in this area. Apart from him, his assisting nurse Puan Syuhadah is so kind and considerate about patient's well being that it makes the patient feel at ease. She always follows up with patient's appointments and is very accommodating. She is also able to explain to patients who require clarification after the meet up with the doctor. Anyone with constipation or incontinence should consult Dr Ragu and explore the possibility of trying biofeedback treatment to help overcome their medical problems. It would be the best decision made.
