My experience with Dr. Ragu was very satisfying. The service provided was professional from start to finish. Dr. Ragu and assistant nurse Syuhada always ensured every procedure was carried out meticulously. They constantly monitored my condition after the procedure and took excellent care of me until the treatment was completed, making sure I would see her again if I experienced any further hemorrhoid-related pain.

I have been suffering from recurrent perianal fistula for the past four months, with pain in the affected region that came and went. Since 2018, I have undergone five surgeries at two different hospitals, yet the condition remained unresolved. She motivated me when I needed it most.
