16 Jun 2025 (11:40 AM) arrived at Colombia Asia Hospital Setapak. Was greeted warmly by a Malay male receptionist. Upon seeing the referral letter, he immediately brought a wheelchair to take me to the Emergency Department. The payment counter at the Emergency Department was also excellent. A Malay female staff member, with a smile, provided a very comprehensive explanation regarding the Guarantee Letter (GL) (I don't remember her name). The nurse on duty at the CT Scan department was also very good. (Don't remember name). Thank you to Dr. Vijayan (Urology) who treated me from 16-18 June 2025 and on 20 June 2025 to re-remove the stent. A very humble and not arrogant doctor. The explanation provided was very complete and easy to understand. Thank you also to Dr. Poobalan. Not forgetting Bhavani from Customer Care, who was very friendly and very helpful with following up the GL for the second time. May everyone succeed and be blessed with good health. I had a pleasant experience at the hospital. Dr Vijayan (urologist) was soft-spoken and Dr Joyce (anest) was cheerful, which made me feel comfortable during the consultation & overall procedure. The nurses were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The food provided was also good. Overall, the service and care were very satisfactory. However, unable to secure a single room 2 times during my procedure. Always fully occupied😂
