My daughter was under Dr Shifa Bt Zulkifli's care for her recurrent tonsilitis. Despite adequate treatment, operation was needed for her full recovery. As parents, we were so afraid as she was just 4 years old. Dr Shifa from day 1 has been so calm and reassuring that made us so confident to go ahead with the operation. Visited the Otorhinolaryngology-ENT Dr Shifa for my child's swollen tonsil case. The condition of my child is well explained from top to bottom , endoscope was done on the spot to check further in details during the consultation, a understanding doctor toward patient needs.
