Although he may seem quiet and serious at first, he is actually a very kind, compassionate, and dedicated doctor. Due to my own negligence, I suffered repeated eye infections that almost caused me to lose my vision. Thanks to his expertise, surgical skills, and never giving up on me, I was able to get through a complex surgery and return to my normal life. Without his long-term care and dedication, I truly believe I would have lost my eyesight completely. I can never thank him enough. I would also like to thank my glaucoma specialist, Dr. Fang SK, who performed my glaucoma implant surgery years ago. His experience, skill, and dedication helped preserve my vision, and I will always be grateful for everything he has done. I also want to thank every member of the ISEC team. From the registration counter to the nurses, cashiers, and support staff, everyone has always been friendly, professional, patient, and helpful. They made every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. I had a corneal transplant and cateract surgery done by Dr Then Kong Yong recently. Dr Then KY is an experienced corneal specialist, he explained my eye conditions and politely answered all my questions about the treatment. Overall I felt Dr Then KY was professional, kind and approachable, and I appreciate the clarity I did get. The downside is the consultations felt rushed because of the queue. Maybe offering slightly longer appointments or a nurse for basic questions would help. Thank you to the team for managing so many patients.

I took my parents to consult Dr Then on their eyes. They were very happy with his meticulous explanation and assurance on their eyes condition and how the treatment plan was being suggested to my dad. Dr Then was awesome.
