Overall a wonderful experience - knowledgeable doctors (especially Dr Yap from oncology and Dr Chua from respiratory), helpful clinical and non-clinical staff (especially Maria the nurse from North tower level 4 ward). Also big thanks to Elaine Low - cancer care coordinator for her understanding and always giving her best to meet my request.

All staffs treated Me well From the Mo and staffs at A/E to the specialist n staffs of ward 4 Servise was good Room was clean Food was ok…could have been better but acceptable…its not a restaurant I understand! Nurses were prompt attending to my requests. Dr Chuah keong Tiong was a superb respi specialist… Discharge service was fast especially from staff Gabdhi mathi… All in all good service keep it up… Cuma kalau boleh to make better-change the beddings daily basis☺️

Dr. Sushil Brito - Mutunayagam (Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon) is a practicing doctor in SJMC, which he is very knowledgeable, courteous, and forthright. He did not "beat around the bush" with me about things that are wrong/could go wrong, but he also did not paint the picture that because of these my problems my life is over. Top-notch qualities : Patient listening, clear explanations, and appropriate treatment plans, alongside a prompt and friendly office experience, creating confidence in the patient. Good experience with Dr Chua for Bronchitis and pneumonia treatment. The nurse ms fizah also helpful and nice.

Gandhimadhi - very good explanation and service 🙂 Food service (don’t have her name its indian lady) - very good in serving food also help me so much for my 2nd day choosing the food 🙂 All staff nurse ward 4B room 422-1 - very good on service and always help me in everything especially name SRN Sulang on my 2nd day from morning till night.
