Dr. Dato' Sallapan, a pediatrician and allergist, was very helpful with my child regarding the management of allergies/slow immune development. On several occasions, my child was hospitalized, and all staff services were professional and disciplined 👍👍. I had previously tried seeing a pediatric allergist at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur, but they actually recommended Dr. Dato' Sallapan because the distance from Medan to Penang is closer. If it's related to a child's allergy issues, Dr. Dato' Sallapan is the best 🫰.

5 star only for Dr.Sellapan. Only reason to visit Loh Guan Lye is just because of Dr.Sellapan. Pharmarcy and Cashier have no number system and very slow service. Gleneagles hospital has the best number system where we can scan the qr code and chech which number is going on.This kind of number system can reduce the crowd in the waiting area. I hope loh guan lye can adopt the same system and improve the pharmacy and cashier dept. Open more counters to for the process of payment and medicine collection smooth and fast.

I am truly impressed and very grateful for the exceptional service we received at Loh Guan Lye. From the administrative staff, nurses, doctors — especially Dr. Sellappan — to the pharmacy, laboratory, and nutritionist teams, everyone was professional, attentive, and sincere in their service. Their service truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Sellappan, who examined my child with great detail and patience. He explained everything clearly, assisted by a gentle and reassuring nurse. We felt very comfortable during the consultation. Our experience with the laboratory staff was also outstanding. They conducted the allergy tests thoroughly, then patiently and clearly explained the results. They also provided comprehensive guidance on how to prevent allergy relapses. Very professional and informative. We also had a consultation with Miss Loh On Yee, a young nutritionist who was patient, friendly, and non-judgmental. Her explanations were very helpful in understanding our child's nutritional needs, and she devised a realistic meal plan tailored to our situation. We are very grateful to have met her. Despite language differences, all staff made a great effort to ensure we fully understood every explanation. This made us feel valued, safe, and fully supported. For those who might complain about friendliness, try to understand first — not everyone expresses kindness through pleasantries. The staff here are focused, responsive, and very caring. And in our opinion, that is far more important than mere superficial friendliness. Also, remember that we are guests in a foreign land.
