I’m warded due to heavy bleeding and undergo OT procedure with gynae Dr Hajjah Nik Azi and anesthetist Dr Anuar. Both of them very soft and explain in the details the process that day. All nurses at Sephora ward very profesional and helpful. Since I’m alone without guardion, they patiently take care of me. Big thanks to all KPJ Kluang stafs for your excellent sevice.

I would like to humbly express my many, many thanks to the Top Management of KPJ Kluang Specialist Hospital, the very kind and friendly Dr from the counseling session to the delivery, namely Dr Nik Azi Azuha, all the staff of Daisy Ward, Nursery & Labour Room who were very, very good at taking care of the baby, always asking for help, being friendly and providing a lot of good cooperation throughout my ward until the delivery was completed. Thank you to the beautiful nurses who took good care of the baby all night so that the mother can rest well all night.

Praise be to God, I came here to give birth with Dr. Nik Azi Azuha. She greatly prioritizes the mother's condition. Even though this was my third child, Dr. Azi was very helpful throughout, from check-ups to delivery. The front desk, nurses, and housekeeping staff were all wonderful. They were friendly and enjoyed chatting, which kept me from getting bored. The nurses would frequently check in, asking if I was okay and to call if I needed anything. I can't name them all individually, but the day and night shift nurses were all excellent. The best part is the single ward where my husband could also stay overnight. The toilet and room were clean. The food was also delicious and according to our choices. Alhamdulillah, I was able to rest peacefully. It felt like the most beautiful 3-day, 2-night vacation here. Thank you to all the maternity staff at KPJ Kluang. 👍🏻👍🏻 I highly recommend giving birth here.
