Throughout my time at KPJ Kluang I was very comfortable and felt safe. The service of the doctors and nurses was very friendly and very respectful of the patients. Dr. Nik is also a good doctor and strives to give me the best treatment, as is Dr. Sara, the service is very good.. Hopefully KPJ continues to be the choice of patients out there. A few suggestions for improvement.. hope to get the permission of the guardian (female, e.g. child) for rooms for 2 people and 4 people.. patients do not feel bored alone and it is very easy if there is help from children and so on. Thank you.
