I had an outstanding experience at the skin dermatology clinic at Sunway Medical where I have been treated by Dr Lee Yin Yin who is phenomenal, greatly experienced and handles patients with calmness and patience. Takes time to advise and gets into specific details on the problem and what other steps can be carried out to overcome the problem aside from just medication. I truly feel very comfortable with Dr Lee who has also been treating my kids with various skin ailments since they were young. Equally competent is nurse Siti Norseha, she went at length to help explain on some procedural details, plus took immediate action to secure the formalities for my blood tests. Siti has a caring, friendly demeanor and goes out of the way to assist and put patients at ease. My entire experience at the clinic, rest of the team members at the registration, medication, labs and overall has been positive and stress free. Thank You.

My skin has always been allergic and even prone to ulcers. My feet were so badly ulcerated the last time that I was unable to walk as usual. The nurses here are very good, they carried me up to the second level and I was treated well by Dr. Lee, who is truly great. Now my skin is slowly getting better.

I was here due to a small tumor growth on my left elbow. Came here 3 times in total visiting Dr. Lee Yin Yin under derma. In all the visit CA Seha under Dr. Lee clinic is very helpful and explaining the step by step process. Even informing me themselves that my surgery's insurance coverage was approved whereas it should be Sunway's admissions/customer service to do so. My original day care surgery should be in the morning but I was not informed that my insurance was approved. So Dr. Lee scheduled it on the afternoon itself after informing me. Tumer ended up benign after biopsy so one less worry for me.

Where do i start Hmm Emergency department I was attended by a malay staff, abit bald , very concern and helpful warm The rest of the emergency staff all were good Theres a young boy , i think his name is Ravi was fantantastic , indian boy wearing glasses I was warded in HDU I was attended by night shift staff Miss Inthirah She knows her stuff in and out Very profesional and warm at the same time Very calming and relax when she is arround Then in the morning I was taken care by mdm Muru She was very good She gives u a motherly vibe She takes care of me very very well Check on me from time to time And then Jennifer Very warm and calming as well They made me feel less nervous throughout the whole journey in HDU Of course , there were many young staff Majority of them were young Chinese girls Very very good in their work They really have paassion in what they do After that i was transfered to ward 3E Attended by Bavani , sha , natasha , mdm letchumy, Amutha They all made us feel very comfortable wih our stay Mdm Letchumy and Bavani was handling my insurance GL letter Both of them tirelessly made our life so much easier by handling all the things for us Its was very hectic issue as they need to check 2 insurance company But could really see they are very helpful Kudos to Bavani and especially mdm Letchumy Fantastic people God bless them all As for my experience during angiogram Mdm Komathi , Miss Kavina The 2 of them , im speechless As it was the most nervous period for me For the procedure as well for the outcome But the 2 of them made me feel very relax and calm , They handled the whole situation very nicely Im forever grateful for the both of them Pharmacist Wong Yee Hua and Tira She came to explain the medicine and allergy list Again , another caring, concern, profesional She really takes her tome to explain all in detail Finally The doctors Dr Patrick Tiau ( cardiologist ) He came to visit me in emergency Explain well about everything Handle the angio fantasticly smooth The best is the result I had no block And he visit me from time to time to make sure all is well Dr Saravana( Gastro) Another good Dr Very quick in arranging the scope appointment for me Really hear my problem out Did my scope And manage to find out the root cause of my main aim here Dr Lee Yin Yin Derma specialist Another fantastic Dr She came to check on my allergy i had from emergency She visit me very often to study my responses towards all the medication i had I could really felt she is very dedicated Conclusion Im very very impressed with Sunway Medical Centre in Sunway Theres so much that i want to write But no words can explain how grateful and wonderful journey i had this trip in SMC Speechless These people are god sent The work tirelessly , with smile on the face all time , even during public holidays May god bless them abundantly with alot of joy and happines SMC You guys are doing very good Keep up in giving this kind of service to man kind God bless you Utmost heartful thank you 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻♥️
