I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at ISEC, especially my cornea specialist, Dr. Then KY. Although he may seem quiet and serious at first, he is actually a very kind, compassionate, and dedicated doctor. Due to my own negligence, I suffered repeated eye infections that almost caused me to lose my vision. Thanks to his expertise, surgical skills, and never giving up on me, I was able to get through a complex surgery and return to my normal life. Without his long-term care and dedication, I truly believe I would have lost my eyesight completely. I can never thank him enough. I would also like to thank my glaucoma specialist, Dr. Fang SK, who performed my glaucoma implant surgery years ago. His experience, skill, and dedication helped preserve my vision, and I will always be grateful for everything he has done. I also want to thank every member of the ISEC team. From the registration counter to the nurses, cashiers, and support staff, everyone has always been friendly, professional, patient, and helpful. They made every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. I had bilateral cataract operation done by dr.LIM KIAN SENG . Operation completed smoothly and post op was uneventful.ditto the other eye the following week too...as a medical dr, i noted immediately that dr.lim is an even tempered, soft spoken unassuming,modest and patient dr, most willing to answer quietly and unhurriedly any questions posed by his patients. My wife also a medical dr had a long standing retinal problem and she was advised by a well known eye surgeon in penang to consult dr.lim kian seng at isec who subspecialises as a vitreoretinal surgeon. Dr.lim is reputedly the best in this field in kl and klang valley we were told. Subsequently while at a restaurant,we met a retired very senior banker who mentioned that he had cataracts operated by a dr.lim from ISEC recently and that he is extremely happy with the result of the surgery. In the O.T, i noticed that dr.lim is very confident,calm,alert and self assured; he has a pair of very gentle and steady hands...assets of a good eye surgeon. Strongly recommended ophthalmologist....Absolutely 5 stars. DR FANG SENG KHEONG...ISEC.. SUB SPECIALITY..GLAUCOMA. Treated by dr.fang for glaucoma for nearly 3 years for glaucoma...he is reputedly well known in the asia pacific region for his academic papers and talks on glaucoma. ..He is a calm,quiet,yet rather friendly dr, very serious while examining his patient. My glaucoma controlled by eyedrops and im visiting him 6 monthly for follow up. Highly recommended 4 stars.

I was recommended by a dear friend to consult with Dr Fang Seng Kheong at ISEC MID VALLEY for possible glaucoma. 2nd opinion you may say. To cut the story short, this is a clear case of experiences and knowledges. We must consult with the right doctor specialised in a particular field and not to worry unnecessarily for years and spent thousands of ringgit... still in Fear. I am glad that I took up my friend's advice. Dr Fang was calm and quick on his prognosis and diagnosis after the physicsl eye examination and the test reports, I guess it was his years of medical experiences. He makes me feel at ease and explained to me clearly about my conditions. I would recommend anyone to him in a heart beat. This is the 2nd time I give personal review on Google. So yes you can take it from me. This place has an efficient set-up and the staff are friendly. I can see that they are trying their best to excel in what they do.
