I’ve been under Dr Sivakumar for a while now and honestly he’s one of the most patient, thorough and genuinely caring specialists I’ve ever met. Even when my case got complicated and confusing, Dr Siva never gave up on finding answers. He explains things in a way I can actually understand and always makes sure I feel heard and not rushed. A big thank you as well to his assistant Ziela. She’s so helpful, professional and always patient with all my endless questions and paperwork. They really make a great team and I feel well looked after every step of the way. Thank you Dr Siva and Ziela for not just treating my medical condition but for truly caring about me as a person too. Highly recommend them if you ever need a haematologist who will stick with you through the tough cases.
