Dr. Zam is not only a skilled professional, he is compassionate, kind, bubbly, cheerful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the thoroughness of the examinations and consultations from the team of experts. Dr. Zam & team took the time to explain everything in detail. I felt, heard, understood and genuinely cared for pre- and post- surgery. The surgery scar is one fine red line in the beginning and now it's barely noticeable. Being in a couple of surgeries, surgery scars are one of the concern I had because i had infections before. This did not happen with Dr Zam's impeccable skill. Not forgetting to mention outstanding communication from the front desk to the doctor. They kept me informed every step of the way. Efficient check-in process, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The billing process was transparent and straightforward. No surprises. Appreciate the honesty! The facilities well maintained and the entire team is attentive.
