Dr Yee Yoke Hong --- her two assistants My appointment was schedule at today 2pm. However, this hospital is not appointment base. Still goes same to the walk in. I was able to registered account in 1.40pm and went for specialist waiting area and saw doctor's queue list showed the status ''ARRIVED''. I was then thought their system was linked and was waited until 3pm. After 3pm I asked clinic assistant for queue in front of me, then was getting reply I was never submit my slip, so I might need to wait one more round which I am the last for the queue list. I was told assistant, reception never said, and I was waiting since 1.40pm, and now you told me i might need to wait for 9 numbers while their closing time is at 5pm. Senior assistant was then told us, they based on manual record, must submit the slip to queue, and they was ignore even i just need a quick consultation (as report was bring along), they suggested us to wait or just cancel our appointment. Bad attitude and unprofessional. **the elder assistant ** Customer service was comfort us, they are upgrading their system and that is why showing status ''ARRIVED'' Case has been submitted see how their reply for my complaint Poor service, lousy system and bad attitude.

The doctor yee assist my sister, she is nice doctor and my sister already do the operation, fast recover!! The food here is good now

Dr. Yee is very kind and completely lacks any doctor's airs. She asked and examined very thoroughly. She patiently explained everything I asked and was very gentle. I felt very reassured ☺

24.01.2024 gave birth at regency hospital by Dr Yee Yoke Hong. I would like to express my gratitude to her and the nurses who attends to my needs and care for my feelings. They knew some procedures will be painful they keep apologies to me and asked if I am painful and do it slowly. Since it is my first baby I didn’t know what will happen and didn’t know what to do the nurse keep reassuring me that I am doing very well. Doctor Yee also keep checking on my conditions to see if the baby is ready to come out. She also managed to avoid major tearing so my recovery time will be faster. After birth the nurses and doctor also do came and check on me occasionally even help me to apply ointment on time. For those ready mom I really recommend Dr Yee as your gynae as every visits she will not rush the process, she answered all my questions patiently. Kudos to the medical team who take care of me and my baby during the admission as well. Please keep up the good work. Although not all nurses are friendly but 80% of the nurses I met are friendly. Hope they can maintain their customer service attitude.

First time at Regency Hospital, very satisfied with the service and cleanliness. My sibling had surgery with Dr. Yee Yoke Hong, who was very friendly and professional, and there was even free shuttle service.
