Had a very great, smooth & feel-being-cared experience during my surgery in SMJC. Although they had high number of patient almost all of the time, the staff and system are quite efficient and able to coupe with the high load without comprising they high standard of service. The only small hiccup at pre-admission section due to some miss-communication. I wish the staff could have abit more patient to assist patient. Thanks to GOD for the recovery & many thanks to the Day-care OT teams for their superb care & Dr Mohd Rusdi Abdullah (Orto Surgeon) for the exceptional professional service. Second Admission for procedure on 13 Aug 2024. Admission process quite smooth. Taken care really well by Dr Rushdi and nurse team (Effa and many others) for ACL recon. Dr Navin providing confidence in anaesthetic, super friendly. Again i cannot thank you enough to Mr Hasrizal providing so much assistance in many ways (extra cookies as well). Initially got a sharing room, with his help able to move to a single room as soon as its available ensuring i have the most comfortable experience during my treatment.

Visited Dr Ragu Ramasamy, a colorectal surgeon. Went for haemorrhoid surgery and he suggested for a scope as well for early detection if any. Personally find that very good. Detailed and insightful surgeon.
