April this year, my delivery at BMC Kuching was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to an extraordinary team that made all the difference. My deepest thanks goes to Dr. Philip Kho for ensuring such a remarkably relaxed delivery. Dr. Nicholas Ngeh, your antenatal follow-ups were not only incredibly thorough but also very reassuring. Dr. Sia Wui, your painless epidural insertion was an absolute blessing – it made all the difference! I'm also immensely grateful to the anaesthetic nurses in the OT for their invaluable support and care, especially during my time in the observation bay post-delivery. My deepest appreciation goes to Kak Mariam and her dedicated team in the maternity suite. Their tireless care, day and night, looking after both me and my baby, was truly remarkable and deeply appreciated. Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ong Eng-Joe for the wonderful and attentive care he provided our little one after delivery. To the entire BMC Kuching team, your unwavering professionalism and profound compassion transformed what could have been a stressful time into a beautiful and memorable journey for our family. Our son was admitted to the hospital due to RSV. Dr Ong Eng Joe and the staff nurses in the clinic are very friendly and helpful. Dr Ong is very patient in examining our son and explaining to us on our son’s condition. We have seen Dr Ong a few times for our son’s vaccination schedule and he always examines our son thoroughly. He is also very careful when he notices a small lump on our son’s ear and never forgets to check on it again every visit. Dr Ong always put his best efforts to also explain our son’s condition to us asking if we had questions that we would like to know further on. Definitely always a great experience with Dr Ong.

It was my first time in the Hospital! Went to sent my son to Kid’s specialist, Dr Ong. It was amazing experience to be honest. Dr Ong really gave good consultation, the nurses, staffs and even staff in main entrance was really helpful and friendly! Easily one of my best experience in Private Hospital in Malaysia and even not BETTER than most of places i have been in Penang and KL.
