First time admitted to Columbia Asia Hospital Batu Kawan. Thank you to Dr. Sharveen, truly the best. Every explanation and treatment from him was very easy to understand and the best care. Thank you to the nurses in the medical ward, my room 213B. All were friendly, accommodating, easy to talk to, and helpful. Thank you also to the physiotherapy department, there has been a very significant improvement in my waist and legs. Thank you also to Ms. Shafinaz, the customer service representative, who always came to inquire about my condition regarding treatment, room, food, and so on. Thank you to all the staff at Columbia Asia Batu Kawan.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sharveen for the excellent care provided during my mother-in-law’s knee replacement surgery. From the very beginning, Dr. Sharveen was professional, patient, and reassuring, which gave our family great confidence. The surgery went smoothly, and her recovery has been better than we expected. My son did a minor surgery with Dr. Sharveen and the experience was excellent. He was gentle, reassuring, patient, and explained every step clearly, which made us feel very comfortable throughout. The staff (nurses at level 2, staff from ED and xray) were friendly and helpful, the hospital was clean, and the whole process went smoothly. Kudos also to Mr. Gunalan from the Finance Department (I believe) for his clear and helpful explanation during the discharge process. Truly appreciated.
