My name is Agalya Ghandi, and this was my fifth admission at Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani. I was treated for several health conditions by Dr. Jayaganth Jayabal, Dr. Eng Thong Pin, Dr. Azril Harris, Dr. Leong, and Dr. Najib. All of the doctors were extremely friendly, kind, and professional. I am truly very satisfied with the medications and treatment procedures provided throughout my entire admission. Among all the doctors, my all-time favourite is Dr. Jayaganth Jayabal. He is truly a gem—genuine, caring, and very patience. He always takes the time to listen to my daily blabbering (pity him, haha!) and provides clear explanations and valuable advice that are easy to understand and very calming. He is down-to-earth and exceptionally kind. After the nerve block treatment, I experienced complete relief from pain. All the physiology staffs and all the nurses were excellent; however, my favourite persons are Miss Izzah and Madam Jothi, they both are were incredibly sweet, humble, kind, and caring. The level of care she provided exceeded my expectations, and they both truly deserves great recognition. I would sincerely appreciate it if her dedication and compassion could be rewarded with a well-deserved pay raise. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Mohammad Sheid, and Mr. Mohammad Izzat, who assisted me throughout my entire admission. I am truly impressed by their dedication, patience, and the respectful manner in which they treat each and everyone in this hospital. And the cleaning services are very kindest person and clean work environment named Madam Letchumi for my entire admission. Is would like to thank her too. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani. I will definitely recommend this hospital to my family, friends, and colleagues. I was admitted for ACL surgery, and my surgeon was Dr. Ng Thong Pin. He was very professional and explained everything clearly. The customer service officer Izzat was also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, the service and the food at PHSP were excellent. I’m very satisfied with my experience.
