Last year, our grandmother was admitted to the hospital as an emergency due to a blocked blood vessel at the back of her brain. It was an incredibly difficult and worrying time for our family, but Dr. Nava's dedication, expertise, and compassion gave us great comfort and confidence. For three consecutive months, Dr. Nava personally monitored her blood pressure every morning and evening and paid close attention to her condition. His dedication to her recovery went far beyond our expectations and demonstrated his genuine commitment to his patients. We are also deeply grateful to Angela, who was always kind, patient, and responsive. Whenever we updated her about our grandmother's condition or had any concerns, she promptly communicated the information to Dr. Nava and guided us on how to care for our elderly grandmother at home. Her support and reassurance meant so much to our family. Dr. Nava's professionalism, medical expertise, and genuine concern for his patients are truly exceptional. Overall, I had a very positive experience, especially with the health screening services. The staff, including Ms. Azirah and Dr. Nava, provided clear and professional guidance during the ECG and Stress Test procedures. Dr. Jovina’s consultation was also very informative and easy to understand. Additionally, the lobby and specialist clinic were exceptionally clean and pleasantly fragrant. I would like to compliment KPJ Kuala Selangor. All the nurses are very friendly and kind, and the doctors are very professional and experienced — especially Dr. Navanithan A/L Ramakrishnan. He is a highly experienced doctor and handled my mother’s stroke promptly and effectively. We are truly grateful to him. The physiotherapy service is also excellent. The Indian officer in the physiotherapy department is very experienced and patient. We are very satisfied with the treatment at KPJ Kuala Selangor and strongly recommend it
