Dr Ida and Nurse Nursahirah brighten my day. I came in tired and with busy schedule need to pick up my sons to school while rushing to do the checkup, I thought I have to stay in hospital whole day and wasting time in the long wait. Nurse Nushahirah is very helpful and accommodating, she heard my story, then immediately led me to do blood test, and asked me to go back take care of my kids. She texted me upon blood test completed. During this time I can pick up my son and even went for a nice breakfast. When I received the text, I went back to the clinic, Nurse arranged me to see the doctor immediately. Dr Ida also very professional. She use layman term to explain my blood test result and also shown a clear direction for me to set my baseline and with proper med recommendation. My blood pressure, sugar level and weight shown significant improvement only 1 month under Dr Ida’s medication and instructions.

As one gets to a certain age, finding the right medical care becomes increasingly important. Earlier this year, my husband and I discovered SMC Damansara when our beloved family physician Dr Nordiana Nordin opened her practice there. We have been Dr Nordiana’s patients for some years and she has been our lifeline. I have also been very fortunate to have come under the care of endocrinologist Dr Ida Adam. She is kindly, attentive and professional. The hospital itself is impressive. Even though it has been open for just over 6 months, it is running like a well-oiled machine already.

Very friendly staffs and doctor. 1 thing to improve - to provide hanger and hook im the toilet, otherwise no where to hold towel and clean clothes during shower :) Excellent to Dr Ida ( Endorcrinologist ) and Dr Liza ( ENT ).
