Everyone doesn't like waiting especially wasting a minimum of 4 hours and above jz to consult doctor. But my father not having appointment and the particular doctor's appointment slot is super packed for 2 weeks. No choice, hv to walk in and wait since we are the one who insisted to see this doctor and peoples also recommending him. And yes, nurses did explained to us whenever i call up/walk in. Without wasting time, they did send my father go to do those blood test and x-ray prior. I appreciated it and already be prepared for tat so i won't complaint and buat susah those nurses. And finally is our turn to see doctor, I realized wat is the main reason for the long waiting time. Doctor treatment was very good. Explanation was very clear & teliti when taking history. Caring and friendly. Conclusion, Mr Leong Wing Seng and his nurses, Good 👍🏻 worth everything. And compared to others private hospital, the prices is much affordable.

Consulted with one of the Urologist at Lam Wah Ee, Mr Leong Wing Seng. The nurses very good in managing the crowd of patients. They mention clearly for me and those who walk in without appointment tht the waiting time for walk in patient is long but they don't push me away. They do screening for patient and help us to proceed for investigation needed and not wasting our time. The doctor also is the best. Worth the waiting.
