I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding care my husband received from staff Nurse Fify, Raihana, Bo Levina , Jessica and Saiful. From the moment we arrived, they demonstrated professionalism and compassion, making us feel at ease. The doctor Prof Roslan was thorough in explaining the procedure and answered all our questions with patience, ensuring we fully understood what to expect. The nurse was equally attentive, providing comfort and support throughout the process. Their teamwork and dedication truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you for your outstanding care and for going above and beyond to ensure my husband received the best treatment possible. We are so grateful for everything you did.

Thank you Alty Hospital, especially Prof Dr Ruslan. Am also grateful to Level 6 ward nurses, physiotherapists and the Ground floor receptionists. Everything was smooth, from admission (super quick!) to discharge (quicker than other hospitals I’ve been to). It helps that the nurses are cheerful and attentive. Special mention, Pn Ju, my lead physiotherapist ❤️ She’s a star. I’m 6 weeks post knee surgery and I’m off my knee brace. Happy with progress so far.

All Alty staff were friendly and very helpful. I brought my sibling in and they were accepted immediately even though we hadn't registered yet, as we had just landed. We met with the doctor right away and the doctor followed up on the case. The hospital is clean and all the nurses are helpful if there's anything we don't understand. Thank you Alty and Prof. Dr. G. I was admitted on April 15, 2024, for my second right total knee replacement. Previously, the medial half of the artificial joint from my first surgery abroad had loosened, causing knee valgus and pain. I am grateful to Prof. Dr. Ruslan for performing the surgery and treatment. I also thank the nurses on the 6th floor for their attentive care, the customer service staff, the physical therapists, and Elaine. Elaine provided communication and guidance before and after my surgery. The hospital prepared Malaysian local cuisine and Western meals, all of which were delicious and suitable for patients of all ages. The ward was clean and hygienic. Thank you to the cleaning staff. I felt as if I were at home, being cared for by siblings.

I visit Alty for the following reasons: 1. I follow Dr. Ruslan from KPJ; he performed my left knee surgery two years ago and a few more operations when he was there. Since I've known him for 16 years, he is an extremely skilled surgeon who has a deep understanding of his patients. 2. I enjoy the psychotherapists at Alty; they are skilled, knowledgeable, and amiable. They have outstanding diagnostic skills; they can determine the source of my pain and how to manage it. I am currently receiving treatment from Mr. Stefan, who is the best. Although the pain and area are different, he will always know how to treat it. I am suffering from an injury to my OA knee and heel spur foot. Occupational Therapist (OT) Nurul used to treat my hand and shoulder as well. I learned from her that I have hypermobility joints, meaning that my joints degrade more quickly. My awareness of the need to look for myself has increased as a result of her therapy for my hand and shoulder. She used to treat me, but now that she is no longer here, I had to cease my OT session. But after these two years of physiotherapy sessions, I believe this center needs more equipment. For example, several kinds of bicycles, a leg press machine and enough hot and cold pads. 3.Also, just as importantly, Erma, who never fail to assist me in scheduling a last-minute appointment with Dr. Ruslan whenever I DM her. I owe her. 😍 One big area to improve is that this hospital has no place to access in food. If possible to have cafeteria that offer local food.
