Throughout my treatment, both Dato Wahinuddin and Dr. Lim Wei Mei demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and genuine compassion towards me and my family. Dr. Lim was always gentle, kind, and reassuring. She continuously encouraged me and gave me the confidence to stay positive throughout my recovery. Her compassion and dedication made a significant difference during my hospital stay. The staff in Ward 7B were also incredibly attentive, friendly, and caring. Their prompt assistance and warm attitude made me feel comfortable and well looked after at all times. I am truly grateful for the excellent care and outstanding service I received from everyone at KPJ Ipoh. Thank you for your unwavering commitment, professionalism, and kindness.
