      I stayed in the Carnation Ward (Room 828, Bed 1) and had a really good experience. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the doctor, Dr. Wan Rosmaiza, was amazing—very professional and reassuring throughout my stay. Truly appreciate the care I received.

      Carnation 823 I (daughter) would like to thank the team for their care during my mother’s stay. The nurses were kind, patient, and never rushed, especially when they assisted in feeding my mother while I had to step away briefly to return to rehab. That support gave me great peace of mind. Nurse Norzai night duty is very passionate, friendly and caring. That’s really very encouraging. Dr. Rosmaiza, the doctor in charge, was very smiley, gentle, and reassuring, which made the experience more comforting for my mother and our family. Thank you.
