Great services from nurses ( Dandelion ward ) , Doctor Narisa has been so attentive towards my needs . Hospital facilities also have been upgraded to give great experiences to patients.

I am very grateful to Dr Narisa for helping us finally find the diagnosis for my mother. Before this, we had visited several doctors because the symptoms did not clearly reflect the underlying condition. It was a very difficult and worrying period for our family, filled with uncertainty and helplessness. Although the diagnosis is rare and challenging, we are thankful to finally understand the root cause and start the proper treatment. I cannot imagine what might have happened if the condition had remained undiagnosed any longer. Dr Narisa has been very kind, patient and gentle with my mother. As a caregiver, I also truly appreciate how accommodating she has been, especially when she took the time to speak with us over the phone when we were not physically present. The hospital staff are welcoming and friendly, and the facilities, food, and accommodation are excellent. My 5-day stay at this hospital felt like checking into a hotel. It was truly "me time" for me. The nursing staff who cared for me in ward 2 (Room 205b) were also very kind and friendly. The ward room was comfortable and beautiful. There have been many improvements since my last visit in 2019. I also want to thank Doc Hamzah and Doc Narisa for providing information and being very friendly.

This hospital is very good. From the receptionist to the nurse. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The ward is clean, modern and well managed also for food is very delicious. I always feel velued and care for here. Dr Nadia and Dr Narisa was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened carefully, answered all my question and made me feel at ease throughout during my stay. Also for ward 3, staff, very kind, polite and fast respond for patient call bell.
