Hello everyone. I would like to humbly provide feedback regarding Aurelius Hospital Negeri Sembilan (AHNS). It all began when my husband, Adib, was unconscious on 1/12/2024 at the Emergency Department of AHNS. At that time, Dr. Raj (Rajendra Rao) came to inform us about what Adib was experiencing and what needed to be done immediately. Adib was in the ICU at AHNS for almost a month, and then continued his stay in the ward for about two more weeks. In total, our "vacay stay" lasted around 41 days. Throughout this time, Dr. Raj consistently provided treatment, advice, and his time to us as a family. Dr. Raj always updated us immediately, explained things clearly, and provided us with solutions. To put it simply, we are extremely satisfied with Dr. Raj’s service. He is thorough, experienced, and allowed us the opportunity to make informed decisions regarding Adib’s care. I am truly grateful for the quality of service he provided. AHNS should reward Dr. Raj for his exceptional care. Also Adib under care of Christopher for physio. Adib like his service and happy to do the exercise everyday. Also Faiz and Remy take in charge while Christopher on leave . This team should also get reward as their service towards patient are very impressive. I would also like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to all the doctors, staff, and nurses in ICU (Bay 2), Ward 106, Dr. Lawrence, Dr. Affan, Dr. Wale, Dr. Narisa, Dr. Lim, Team Marlina, Amira (GL/billing team), the cleaners, the security guards, and everyone else I may not have mentioned. We are deeply grateful as a family. We highly recommend AHNS to everyone for receiving quality treatment and service.

From first treatment at AE good consultation from Dr Ng and good cannulation from SN Ku Abe, always inform before do the procedure. Today 20/9/25....alhamdulilah can discharge.. Came with low platelet (34) coz of Dengue fever. Now getting better big thanks to Dr Narisa for the best treatment, thanks to PWD2 staff - Sr Norinah, SN Syafiqah, SN Syahadah and all the staff for their gentle care. I was diagnosed with a minor stroke and admitted here twice for the same treatment. I would like to express my humble appreciation to all parties involved, starting from the emergency unit dept, ICU, Dandelion Ward 1A & 2A. The nurses were very supportive, attended to my needs so quickly, and took care of me day and night without fail. I couldn't remember their names, but they are particularly from those departments. As for the doctors involved in the treatment, such as Dr. Narisa, Dr. Lim, Dr. Izyan, and Dr. Joyce, they have given their best in handling my treatment, never failing to visit me every day in the morning and evening, and clearly answering my questions regarding my worries about the possibility of the stroke attacking me again. They are all superb. This is the best private hospital and I would recommend it to all my family and friends. My last words are just to keep up the good work, as they always do ❤️❤️.

I have warded due to tonsil dyhrated and get the treatment under Doc Narisa binti Sulaiman. I 100% recovery and now i can eat normally. I was thankful to God. Doc Narisa also very kind person, caring and humble. She talk very clearly and keep asking me if i am not okay just inform to her. She is not even a doctor but she is mother. Coming to nurses here, I was stay in Wad 2 and unexpected their hospitality is very very excellent, efficient, and comfortable. All nurses here assist me patiently and what i like the most is their courtesy. Lastly, i highly recomend to everyone who never visit this hospital to get treatment go and try.
