Very friendly, nicely plan the timing despite his tight schedule and I got free parking 🤓 I was injected with medication to increase heart rate to min requirement before going into the tunnel for imaging the blood flow. I did a cardiac stress perfusion MRI at Pantai KL today, after searching and finding out that their Cardiac Dept is truly the leader in the MRI-imaging of various heart conditions. I was deeply impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism from the team headed by Dr Sanjiv. In particular, Senior Radiographer Mr Anand, took great care to ensure I was not only thoroughly briefed in detail as to all aspects of the procedure beforehand, but also diligently saw to it I was comfortable and safe throughout the entire process of scanning with medicine and a contrast dye. I was referred to Pantai Hospital for an MRI recently by CVS KL. The service was good and smooth (from registration, liaison by hospital staff and the actual MrI). Mr. Anand Shanmugam, Senior Imaging Technologist did a great job by explaining every steps prior to the MRI. He consistently showed care and ensured that I am calm. The MRI went smoothly and the instructions from him were very clear. He also continued to respond to me on the results follow up. Good job there Anand. The results reviewed and report prepared by Datuk Dr Sanjiv Joshi Consultant Cardiologist were very professional and clear. Much appreciated. A suggestion for improvement which I think will bring the hospital to another level of excellence will be to be able to track and ensure that reports/images gets to the intended party expediently. Overall, I am happy with the services rendered.
