Imaging focal Senior Imaging technologist Mr Anand Shanmugam gave the best care to me from early morning till done imaging. Very friendly, nicely plan the timing despite his tight schedule and I got free parking 🤓 I was injected with medication to increase heart rate to min requirement before going into the tunnel for imaging the blood flow. Carried out an MRI at Pantai. Anand Shanmugam, the senior technologist made me comfortable and his service was both kind and helpful. He had contacted me a day earlier to get the process rolling so that there is no time wasted once you reach the hospital. Datuk Sanjiv was a very professional doctor and widely experienced in this field. Mr. Anand accompanied me to the billing section and explained the process and the time required. He also helped in getting my parking fees waived.
