He provided clear explanations and thorough consultations regarding my husband's condition and treatment plan. The nurses were also very helpful and quick to assist whenever needed, and the administrative staff and cleaners were kind and friendly. The hospital environment was clean, calm, and well-organized. Our ward (Level 4, Surgical Ward, Room 8) was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. Overall, we are very satisfied, alhamdulillah. Thank you for the excellent service!
