The calming environment, his professionalism, thorough explanation and patience in taking up questions are something that I truly appreciate. Even the hassle of dealing with the insurance company is well taken care off by his CA. Thank you! Recent update: I was referred to Dr Gary Lee for my pvc problem. The process was smooth approximately 1.5month from referral, clinic consultation to ablation procedure. The facilities are top notch. Somehow it does positively impacted the recovery. Dr Gary is gentle, passionate in doing his job, patience in explaining to patients and family. I was assisted by Ms Ghaury, who is friendly and even keeps you updated via whatsapp. I am here with GL, everything is handled by the hospital. No hassle. Fantastic! As long as this hospital is a panel to my insurance company and maintain the standard, this will be my first choice of medical service provider.

Dr. Gary is an excellent doctor who is very patient. When I brought my father in for therapy the last time, he was worried about the medical device and refused to receive treatment, but Dr. Gary patiently and fully explained to him. My father is now stable and recovering.

He is not only highly skilled but also down-to-earth and approachable during consultations, which brought great reassurance to both the patient and our family. Dr. Shanti deserves special recognition for her bubbly and warm personality, which never failed to bring light and laughters into the room, brightening my father’s days during his treatment. I am also deeply grateful to the staff of Ward 5B, the ICU team especially Miss Lee Cai Jing, and Ward 8D for their professionalism, kindness, and tireless efforts to ensure my father’s comfort and recovery. A big thank you to Miss Diu, the Customer Service Manager, for her prompt and efficient handling of our concerns. This incredible team goes above and beyond in delivering care, and I am immensely grateful for their hard work and kindness. Highly recommend!

Everything is excellent. Doctor Gary, the Cardiologist here is very patience and provide clear explanation. Nurses are polite and friendly too. Recommended!
