I was admitted last month for a spinal procedure. At first, I felt a deep sense of worry, but the care I received, the fast service, and meeting with Dr. Ariff, an excellent doctor with a deep knowledge, and he explained everything to me so well that it immediately made me feel reassured. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ariff (Surgeon), Dr. Afiq (Anaesthetist), and all the staff from the Ward, OT, and HDU for their kindness and expertise, which I truly appreciated. Now, i am in a great condition alhamdulillah and I have no back pain at all! I am just continuing my recovery through physiotherapy sessions. Fantastic Hospitality! My surgery from Dr.Ariff (ortho) Alhamdulillah went very well and on route to a fast recovery. He is an excellent doctor with knowledge and can explain everything from A-Z very well with Empathy. Always providing solutions and my family are very2 happy with his service. Excellent service from the Physios as well, Mr.Amirrul. Very experienced and knowledgeable as well. Shock wave and laser sessions went well with minimal/zero pain. Felt really great after each sessions. Shout out to all staff from the receptionist, cafe staff, medical records, finance(👏🏻 who sorted out our insurance issue) as well as the nurses who are always accommodating and fast in response. On 10 February, my father was admitted to Hospital Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil for spinal surgery. At that moment, our family was filled with worry and anxiety. However, from the very first step we took into the hospital, that fear slowly turned into a sense of calm. In the ward, all the nurses cared for my father patiently, were attentive to his needs, and always greeted us with a smile. Even the cleaning staff ensured the surroundings were spotless and comfortable at all times. This experience made us realise that the best treatment is not only about medical expertise, but also the human touch that comes with it.
