Appointment with Doctor Nitin today, very good and clear explanation from him, all staff a very nice and friendly especially Mr Wan Mohammad Zubir customer service, assist me a lot and very kind..also front counter staff very polite and helpfulness..overall Im very satisfied and happy to come here, their facility also very clean and cozy..awesome..kudos to Aurelius Hospital Pahang for keep and maintain very high standard of operations..

Very satisfied with the service of all the staff, especially (Wan Zubir), Dr. Nitin's (General surgeon) explanation is very good and easy to understand for the general public, the hospital facilities are also the best...highly recommended this hospital...just stand in front of the door and there is someone to serve you..it's like these people are already watching us from the parking lot

Dr. Nitin, a very helpful specialist, my wife had a great 4 days at Aurelius Hospital Pahang. I'm from Seremban, although there are many private hospitals here, but I'm excited to go there because of the best service. The staff is very helpful. My car is flat, they can change the tire without being asked, they just run to help me. The nurse and CS staff are very friendly and helpful. I will CHOOSE Aurelius Pahang. Although it's far away..But I'm very satisfied.
