Overall I am very satisfied with the service and hospitality provided by the medical team in my wife treatment in room number 819, Carnation Ward. Special thanks to Dr Safariny and team who treated my wife and explain the treatment process very clearly. She is very professional and soft spoken that makes my wife feel comfortable. Thank you also to all the staff nurses towards her. They had attended my wife with patience and care. They are very helpful and friendly too.

Good experience , admitted at carnation ward, room 821 for surgery. Dr Safariny is very gentle and professional, staff in the ward is very helpful. Always making sure im comfortable post recovery. Also to staff Masitah who always check up on me to make sure everything is fine.

Admitted due to hemorrhoids and was unexpectedly diagnosed with bronchitis as well. I’m under the care of Dr. Safariny and Dr. Tengku, both are highly professional and thorough in their approach. I’m also very satisfied with the care provided by the nurses in Azalea Ward (Room 913). The staff were kind, attentive, and made my stay much more comfortable. Thank you for the excellent service.
