I came here to treat my 6-month-old baby, treated by Dr. Faisal, a friendly doctor, who explained in detail. The hospital service is very good. Nurses, physiotherapists, cleaning service are friendly and professional. Cleanliness, quite clean, the room is cleaned every day, sheets are changed every day, the bathroom is cleaned every day. The facilities are quite complete, I got a four-bed room, because the singles were full. At first I thought the four beds would be disappointing, but it turned out not to be too bad, each room has a cupboard, TV (with quite a lot of channels), for the caretaker there is a chair that can be used as a bed. There are two bathrooms, so there is not too much queue. And for the children's room, it is attractively designed, and there is a playground so if the children are bored in the room they can play for a while. Food: for the caretaker, food is provided (with a choice of menus that can be selected) 3 times a day plus afternoon snacks, for patients because my child is a baby, they get baby porridge. The taste of the food is quite good and the menu is varied. Hot water and plain water are delivered to the room every day and can be requested if it runs out. The management came to the room in a friendly manner, asked if there were any complaints, and provided support for the family. TOP SERVICE!! Really I appreciate it..thank.you Suggestion: building maintenance can be improved, because I saw some paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. The bathroom door is already rotten. As a first time mom to a 5 months old, i am satisfied that I chose the right hospital for my baby’s treatment ! Thank you for all staffs from emergency department, Dr Faisal (paeds) and nurses at Lavender ward for treating my baby. Dr Faisal acknowledge my concern as a first time parent and explained the medical conditions clearly. I am also satisfied with the facilities and food provided for the caretaker here. The only improvement is I hope the ward admission process can be expedite, waited for almost 2 hours even there is no other patient in the emergency.

The doctor was extremely patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the treatment plan without rushing. What I appreciated most was how doctor truly listened to my concerns as a parent and reassured me every step of the way. My child felt comfortable and safe throughout the visit, which means a lot. The follow-up care was also excellent, showing how dedicated they are to their patients’ well-being. Overall, I’m very satisfied and grateful for the professional yet caring service. I highly recommend parents looking for a pediatric consultant to meet with Dr. Faisal bin Fadzli. The Dr. is friendly and has very good services in all aspects. Likewise, the staff at Dr. Faisal's clinic, namely Mr. Halim & Mrs. Tamil, are very friendly and their services are fast.

Doctor Faisal, Paeds, is a very professional and good doctor. Before this, I took my child to another doctor but their treatment was not satisfactory. Meeting Doctor Faisal was the right decision because Doctor Faisal is very humble, professional and friendly towards patients and makes the children not afraid of doctors. His treatment towards us was very good and friendly like treating friends so we were not afraid or embarrassed to ask more about our child's condition. Doctor Faisal has become our family doctor.
