Followed up for my third pregnancy with Dr Imelda Balchin. The service and care provided were outstanding. The appointments were managed efficiently by the friendly clinic assistant, Ms Afiqah. Dr Imelda made sure her patient understand all options & risk involved. She gave a thorough explanation for each of the option and counselled accordingly. The delivery process was smooth, she handled unexpected situation very professionally. The hospital room was clean and comfortable. All nursing staff are so helpful and competent. All in all, a very pleasant experience of maternity care in this hospital.

During this treatment period, my sister and I received excellent service from the doctors and staff here, especially from Nurse Rozana from the oncology day care unit. They were very kind and friendly. The place is comfortable and beautiful. For cancer patients like my sister, a comfortable environment and good service are very important.
