      Where do i begin to share this memorable experience over last five months? Excellence across the board in the culture of the organization,; starting with Lillian and countless others helpful people at all reception desks, Doctors: Dr. T J Lee, Dr. Amleshwran, Dentist Dr Yin Yin and Dr. Nicholas, Physio Therapists( Vicky), Physical Trainer ( Nurul) ,Retail Pharmacy Personal, Nurses and overall Cleanliness. Melvin and his partner at International customer desk were extraordinary helpful with Visa extension. This will be amongst a wonderful memories of this beautiful place called Penang. My wife and I both went through treatment here and now brought our children and grandsons for dental check up here during their visit from USA. To be honest there are so many others who also provided genuine care in this place. As one great coach of American Football said “ Quality of an organization is determined by commitment to Excellence” Here is one. Thank You. Anand Luisa Shah
