I am extremely satisfied with the service at Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh 😊. My child was admitted on 10/4 and discharged on 11/4 from Ward 6C (14). Throughout our stay at the hospital, all services were truly top-notch and first-class ⭐. The staff's service was very friendly, quick to assist, and professional from start to finish 👍. Thousands of thanks to Dr. Teenesh, who is the absolute best 💯 — provided clear explanations, attentive care, and was very reassuring to us as parents 💖. The nurses were also very kind and caring, always ensuring the patient was comfortable. The parking facilities are also very convenient 🚗, and there is a buggy service that facilitates movement, especially when bringing children or the elderly 👍. The ward environment was clean, tidy, and comfortable, giving us high confidence in the quality of care here. Overall, our experience was very positive, and I highly recommend this hospital to everyone 👍😊.

I recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at Sunway Medical Centre, Ipoh, for my right hallux valgus surgery, and I couldn't be more thankful for the care I received. I was warded in Ward 5A. My surgeon, Dr. Theenesh Thevyan, was exceptional. After my surgery on Monday (6/4/2026), I experienced significant pain the following evening around 8:30 p.m. Despite the late hour, Dr. Theenesh came down personally to consult with me as soon as the nurses called him. That level of dedication meant a lot to me in that moment. Special thanks also to my physiotherapist, Mr. Wong, who was excellent; I am still diligently following the exercises he taught me. The nursing staff was also wonderful throughout my stay until my discharge on Wednesday (8/4/2026). Highly recommend this team! Thank you from bottom of my heart.

My mom had a chronic flat foot. After consulting with Dr Theenesh Theyvan, an Orthopaedic Surgeon, he suggested my mom undergo bilateral foot surgery and advised my mom that her foot can be cured.
