A nice customer service lady (Ms. Inggit) came to visit and ask about the experience in CAH. GL under company panel insurance (Allianz) secured within 5 hours. Luckily, single room is available for meat that time. Dr Sidik is the dr that attending me and carefully explained my condition (slip disc-L5,S1). Recommendation’s treatment method (RFA) also provided just in case. But I stay with painkiller and physio treatment. Physio staff (ms deepa) is outstanding in helping me going through the treatment. 2 session per day. Staff nurses are all excellent. A lot of round up in a day which is super helpful in monitoring patient. The food catered is quite healthy and lots of choices to choose from. Kudos to CAH 🫶

My toe was almost severed due to a heavy object falling on it. I came to Columbia Asia Hospital Klang for emergency treatment. The Emergency team was very helpful, with a quick response, and immediately referred me to the orthopedic specialist, Dr. Sidek. Dr. Sidek was very helpful and friendly. He pushed for an emergency operation to save my toe. I am very grateful to Dr. Sidek for successfully saving my toe. To the OT team, you are all awesome, very kind, and treated patients gently. To the nurses on MD2, thank you very much. All the nurses were kind and good at attending to patients. Thank you, Columbia Asia Klang!!!!

5/8/2023 Had my first appointment with Dr Sidik, an orthopedic surgeon for my slipped disc. He gave detailed explanation & feasible treatment which is non-invasive (& i prefer it better) The hospitality from the front staff until the phamarcist is pleasant.

Special thanks to Dr sidik, he took the time to explain things clearly without rushing, which I really appreciated. The nurses in MD3 ward were warm, attentive, and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The physiotherapist, keep reminding me about having a good rest during this period and take care of my back postur. Thanks for being kind. As for the xray and MRI, the radiologist briefed well before the session started and explained to me whenever i asked him even during his busy schedule. All facilities here are well maintained and spotless clean. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it to others. Foods are delicious and it has variety of menu. Thank you Columbia Asia Klang staffs.

The professionalism, dedication, and compassion shown throughout my treatment were truly commendable... For months, I had visited several clinics seeking consultation for persistent pain in my elbow after saving a penalty shot during a football game... It was Dr. Sidik’s advice to proceed with an MRI that finally provided the most accurate diagnosis... After such a long search for answers, I finally received the clarity I needed... The subsequent treatment plan has been extremely satisfying and reassuring... I am deeply grateful for the excellent care, advice, and support provided by the team...
