I came here to accompany a friend for her check up. Such terrible customer service!!! The nurse under Dr Michael was rude and curt to my inquiries about my friend’s turn. We waited past an hour of the appointment time, with no one telling us why it was running late. The nurse pretty much told me setting an appointment time was useless, and that a walk-in would have the same results. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

I see Dr Michael Law, he is good and experience.

The waiting time is terrible, appointment given at 11.30, came early at 11am inly to be told that Dr Michael will maybe not sure in at 1pm, so why the hell giv an appointment at 11.30am. This isn't the 1st tine though, before this appointment was at 2.20pm, but was told to come back at 4.15pm as doctor was not in, then came back at 4.15, and guess what, doctor only came at 5 something. Its annoying. Ridiculous waiting time, maybe the doctors need to brush up on their work timing, dt giv patients earlier timing whn you can't keep your time. Since am here would also like to highlight on the tremendous high charges, will giv drops whn alredy they had given them 2 days back how can ww possibly finish a whole box of it? Go slow on your charges Mr doctor.

My parents and I have done our eye procedures here and have recovered well. My parents did cataract surgery with Dr Ronald and I did EVO ICL surgery with Dr Michael. Both have been really great in support through consultation and recovery. Really appreciate the kindness and friendliness of all the staff here. Highly recommend!

Had a follow up appointment for my mother at 12pm, as the first patient for Dr. Michael on the day. As he only starts clinics at 12pm on non-surgery days. We arrived there early before 11am, completed all the diagnostics and tests for the appointment and waited for the doctor to arrive. After waiting for 60+ mins, his nurse tells us he's only expected to arrive and start work at 1.30pm instead. No one in ISEC has the courtesy to call and inform of the doctor's timings prior and more importantly, for Dr. Michael to respect the patient's time & appointment - in this case for a 82 year old woman - and start work on time. All the nurses and ISEC staff were super polite and accommodating. Firstly, taking pity that no one had informed us prior as it seemed like the usual occurrence. Secondly, trying to apologies and accommodate Dr. Michael's poor time keeping. It wasn't any of their doing nor fault and they shouldn't be the ones apologizing.
