I am grateful to have found Dr Sree through a doctor’s recommendation. My daughter 12 yo had sudden eyes issue last year. Luckily we meet Dr Sree, he is gentle, patient and extremely professional. And the staff are always kind and helpful. Dr Sree clearly has a lot of experience with children and was very thorough in the examination. Most importantly, i saw great improvement in my daughter eyes issue. I highly recommend Dr Sree to any parents looking for a caring and knowledgeable eye specialist for their child. Just wanting to share a good and positive experience with Dr Sree Kumar Palanee and his team at today. This is the second time I have seen him on different matters pertaining to the eye Just had a biopsy done and the procedure was done under local anaesthesia. It was smooth and painless. The doctor and the team provided a calm, very professional and positive patient environment. ocedure Dr Sree Kumar was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly during the initial consult, and also during the procedure. Dr has very good hands and I did not feel anything during the procedure. He was also very caring, feequently asking if I was ok or felt any pain. The nurses at his Lasik Operating Theathre, Ateyyah, Luvenes and Aun Cyi were very professional and cheery to deal with. The provided a professional yet calm and cheerful experience, which helps if you are just to go under the knife. Overall, I will be coming back to Dr Sree Kumar and the team at Sunway Eye Clinic as he is a very professional, caring and really takes the time to explain things, and the team have been excellent to.deal with. The venue and facilities are of Triple AAA class and service is top notch. Credit goes to where credit is due and Dr Sree Kumar and his team deserves it for the top and excellent care and service provided.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Dr Sree Kumar's professional service & follow up treatments. But during my second eye operation on 12th April, there was a lack of coordination within the support staff. Appointment was at 10.00am but was told it will be delayed to 11.00am. However, I was pushed into the operation theatre in a hurry before 11.00am. Medicine was given to me late i.e. just 30 minutes to less than 1 hour & I was fully conscious & experienced severe pain & doctor has to give me additional local anaesthetic during the operation. There is no excuse because of just after Raya & lack of staff. Some how, something went wrong but I have to suffer the unnecessary pain during & after the operation. Luckily my eye was not seriously injured. Otherwise, I will take legal action against Sunway Medical Centre. Hope this incompetency will not happen again to other patients. Tan Kee Hock

I consulted with Dr. Sree Kumar regarding my eyelid condition, and he provided a thorough and detailed explanation of my diagnosis, Xanthoma. He has a very calm demeanor, and I felt he was extremely professional throughout the consultation. He was incredibly patient and consistently followed up on my progress. A truly wonderful specialist!
