I had an eye accident where a tiny object hit my eyeball. It was extremely painful, every blink felt sharp, like something was stuck inside my eye. I quickly made an appointment with Dr. Sunita, an ophthalmologist, and I’m truly grateful that I did. After carefully scanning my eye, Dr. Sunita explained that I had a small cut on the base layer of my cornea. She then placed a medical contact lens over the injured area to act as a protective layer, helping prevent infection while allowing the eye to heal naturally. The moment she placed the lens, I immediately felt relief. Honestly, I had a bad experience with contact lenses years ago, so I was nervous but Dr. Sunita completely changed my perception. The lens felt incredibly comfortable, and most importantly, my eye stopped hurting. What also stood out to me was the way Dr. Sunita treated her assistant. Their interaction was so gentle, friendly, and respectful more like friends than employer and worker. That kind of genuine working relationship is rare to see nowadays, and it made the whole experience even more comforting. To Dr. Sunita and her assistant , thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and hospitality. My eye feels so much better now, and I truly appreciate the care you provided. And to all the staff involved during registration, vital sign checks, and medicine dispensary , thank you as well for being so welcoming and professional throughout my visit.
