      The treatment with Dr. Kok Choong Seng was excellent, with clear explanations. Nurse Hamizah was also very good and friendly. Everything was very satisfactory and good.

      Very quick and efficient. Almost zero waiting time. Dr Kok was straight to the point. Hamizah the nurse was very helpful and gave clear direction. Not my closest hospital but I choose to come here because they stick to appointment times and prioritize quick service.

      I want to commend the exceptional service by Dr. Kok and Ms. Hamizah (Orthopedic Surgery). Their professional, friendly demeanor and the seamless monthly consultation arrangements were truly appreciated. The overall patient experience was excellent. My only suggestion for improvement is to streamline the registration-to-payment process, as the wait was often slow (more than 15 minutes).
